STAPLES, Catherine “Bonnie” Marie - (Lifetime employee of Crayola) – Entered into rest with her husband by her side, at the Ross Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, February 7, 2023. Bonnie at the age of 69, was the beloved wife of Don Staples in their 50th year of marriage. Loving Mom of the late Michael (2016). Cherished grandmother to Taylor. Survived by her mother Lois Vail. Predeceased by her father Allan Siddle, and stepfather Bruce Vail. Dear sister to the late Carol Bouch (Joe), the late Jimmy, David, Tim (Annette), and sister-in-law to the late Kathy Roddy (Glenn), Larry Staples, Joanne Dorgan (Steve) and Phyliss McCullough (George). Bonnie will be missed by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Cremation has taken place and an interment will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery Lifford in the spring. If desired, a memorial donation to the Canadian Lung Association, the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
