CROWELLS, Joanne – (May 29, 1952 – February 19, 2022) ~ It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joanne after a long courageous battle with cancer. She passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital with her husband Don and daughter Jolynn by her side on Saturday, February 19, 2022. Joanne was the beloved wife of Don Crowells for 50 years of marriage. Loving mother to Jolynn Bastin (Jim). Joanne is survived by her mother Joan Bowers and predeceased by her father Sandy Bowers. Dear sister of Edith (Norm), Ken, Bill (Linda), Sandra (Leon), Murray (Carol), Cindy, Glen, John (Sherry) and the late Geoffrey. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Joanne will always be remembered by her beautiful smile! As per Joanne’s wishes cremation has taken place. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Stoddart Funeral Home, 24 Mill Street, Lindsay.
