McNish, Margaret Mary – Entered into rest peacefully on Sunday, September 25, 2022 at Michael Garron Hospital, Toronto, at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Norman McNish (2007), loving mother of Paul, Susan (Leonard), Andrew and the late Renee McNish-Shamku (Gerard), and cherished grandmother of Kailyn and Connor. Dear sister to brothers Gerald, Mike and Larry and sister Terry Fontaine. Predeceased by sisters Helen Vandersteen, Rita Antonacci, Joanie and Mary, and brothers Joe, Jack and Charles. Margaret will be fondly remembered by nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. Visitation will take place at Stoddart Funeral Home, 24 Mill Street, Lindsay, on Friday, September 30 from 6:00 to 8:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 31 Russell Street East, Lindsay, on Saturday, October 1 at 1:30pm. Interment will take place at St. John’s Cemetery, Kirkfield, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation made to Christian Horizons would be welcolmed. .
